Check this wonderful Beach House in the seaside township of Warilla, a short drive south of Wollongong. What struck me about the many coastal towns was the rate of development and with it the demolition of 20th Century buildings. I went in search of this wonderful example of mid 20th Century design because I had read that that it was at risk of demolition. To my knowledge the beach home still stands, but I am not sure if it's still at risk. It was a real joy to come across and it really stands out as a striking example of modernist beach house design.
